Homeschooling

Reorganized and Painted Homeschool & Craft Room Since we are at the end of the school year I felt the need to prep for next year. We have an influx of company in the summer months and we love to be outdoors. So before the impending stampede of friends, family, and fun I decided to attack the school room with 6 months of winter and pent up energy vengeance.

This is where it all happens. I made our tables and shelves. I wish it were always this clean, but I am working on some organizing of the school and craft room. I will post pics as I get it organized. :)

It is that time of year when we are approaching the last weeks of school and I find myself anxious for the school year to wrap up but find myself excitedly looking forward to next year's curriculum. Next week is the curriculum fair and I am ready to be inspired! I have tried a lot of different curriculum in the last 3 years and some are the perfect fit while others are not quite right. We have absolutely LOVED our science curriculum from NOEO and will continue with their program next year, but instead of Biology we will study Physics. The boys are all for learning about batteries and how energy travels.
